Final Sale Policy

All products available on TASKPED are sold under a strict Final Sale policy.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refund requests

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Bulk purchase adjustments
• Preference-related concerns

This approach allows us to:

• Maintain uniform product quality
• Offer competitive pricing
• Operate with lean and efficient processes

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed:

• The order is considered final and confirmed
• No cancellations, modifications, or edits are allowed

This includes:

• Shipping address changes
• Product or quantity changes

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception)

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• An incorrect item,

We will review and assist with resolution.

To raise a request:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Provide a clear unboxing video or photo proof showing:
  • The sealed package
  • The issue clearly visible

Important:

• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
• Requests raised after the defined timeline may not be considered

After verification, TASKPED may provide a replacement or appropriate resolution, at its discretion.

Payment Terms

We accept prepaid orders only.

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
